We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Clients booking with a Groupon voucher must provide their Groupon voucher number at the time of booking. Failure to provide a valid Groupon voucher number may result in the appointment not being reserved.
Groupon appointments that result in a no-show or cancellation with less than 8 hours’ notice may be marked as redeemed/used in accordance with Groupon’s merchant policies.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service amount.
Clients who miss their appointment without notice, or cancel with less than 8 hours’ notice, will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Clients with repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be required to prepay for future appointments or may lose the ability to book future services.
By providing a credit card, you authorize Thairapy to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy.
